What I’m Cooking
In Wednesday's cooking class, we focused on one-pot and sheet-pan recipes that are weeknight workhorses. One of my family's favorites is a skillet Philly Cheesesteak recipe. You can serve it in toasted hoagie rolls or just heaped on top of steamed spinach or cauliflower rice in a bowl. It's so flavorful and satisfying!

What I’m Reading & Watching

Of course, I watched the first episode of White Lotus and I'm TRANSFIXED! It’s intense and dramatic (no shocker). I loved seeing the Instagram post of Patrick Schwarzenegger telling his mom and sister that he got the part. Cue the tears.
What I’m Coveting
I recently stocked up on new jeans from Madewell. I love the Kick Out Crop Jeans, and of course they went on sale right after I purchased them. Bruh. They're super stretchy, so I sized one down from my typical size. I also came home with the Emmett Wide-Leg pants in navy.
