Last week, I reposted a recipe for Slow Cooker Glazed Ham and the internet went crazy. But this week, I’m left with a lot of leftover ham and I’m guessing you might be, too. I stand firm that I’m not a big fan of “ham on a plate,” but I don’t mind it as an ingredient in other things. Give me a good French baguette with salted butter, Swiss cheese, cornichons and ham, and I’m a happy camper. Below are a dozen recipes for ways to use up leftover ham this week, from breakfast casseroles to soups and crepes. Or freeze your ham in a freezer baggie or container and use it in the next three months. I’m keeping this short today since Monday isn’t typically a Substack email day for me, but I wanted to get this in your hands sooner than later!
