Monday Menu v.1
June recipes for a perfect entertaining menu! Start with with Aperol Margaritas and crostini, followed by a bright green salad, one-and-done kabobs and a gluten-free berry dessert!
June is all about grilling, al fresco cocktails and crisp, refreshing salads. This is the first installment of a new series I’m doing called Monday Menu. Since I’m kicking this off during summer, when I like to slow things down and recharge a bit, it will only be once a month for now. But if it’s a popular series, I can do more of these during the school year with easy dinner menus, book club menus, birthday celebration menus and whatever you guys want and need.
If you need to get your grill prepped and ready for summer, here’s an Instagram reel I created on preparing your grill for the season. Beware of grill brushes with metal bristles; opt for a brush with natural bristles instead.
If you need to up your grill game, here are three must-haves IMHO:
Weber grill baskets for lean burgers, such as turkey burgers, that are prone to fall through the grates. This Weber basket is also great for grilling fish!
Grilling gloves, for holding tongs and lifting hot grill covers. I also have these silicone gloves.
Cleaning supplies to degrease and brush down grates.
