A graduate of the professional culinary program at Tante Marie Cooking School in San Francisco, Marcia Smart is a cooking instructor, recipe developer and food writer, and creator of Smart in the Kitchen and Smart in the Kitchen School. Through Smart in the Kitchen, Marcia hosts cooking classes, culinary team-building events and cooking retreats. She blogs about meal planning, easy weeknight recipes and healthy family dinners at smartinthekitchen.com and runs an online cooking school at smartinthekitchenschool.com.
